Questions from contractors
Do I pay for leads?
No. There are no lead fees, subscriptions or bidding. You only see jobs that are already sold, and your payout is shown before you accept.
Am I an employee?
No. You run your own business as an independent contractor. You choose which jobs to accept and when you work within the customer's window.
Who talks to the homeowner?
We handle quotes, scheduling and payment. You can message the homeowner through the portal for gate codes or access questions on the day of the job.
What if the homeowner isn't happy?
We review your photos first. If part of the paid work was missed, we ask you to return and finish it within 30 days. New debris after the job isn't your responsibility.
How far will I travel?
You set a home base and a service radius when you apply. You only get offers inside that area.
